Dropbox Available for Returning Mail-in Ballot

June 22, 2020 - By now, registered Republican and Democrat voters should have received a mail-in ballot. After you filled out the ballot and signed the certification, the Monmouth County Board of Election has a limited number of drop boxes to return the completed ballot (in lieu of returning it by mail). There were issues with postmarks and ballots received late in last year’s general election and, as a result, those ballots were not counted. So, for some, this may be a better alternative to mailing your ballot back.

The closest ballot drop box for Holmdel and Hazlet residents is at the Hazlet Airport Plaza, right in front of the DMV Office. The address is 1374 Route 36, Hazlet, NJ.
